Three Steps for Creating a Successful RPG:
If you are interested in starting are a RPG, there are a few kinds of things you might want to keep in mind before you post it here.
1. Every story needs a plot.
Even if it is just a basic cliche one, you really do need a plot for a RPG to workout. It can be something like: a classic good vs evil adventure story, a tale about hunting for lost treasure, or even a romantic comedy. (The last one probably will not score you much participants though.)
2. A good setting is also of high importance!
You need a place and time period for your RPG to take place. You can not just have your characters floating around in a endless blank abyss of nothingness. (Unless you actually WANT a blank abyss of complete nothingness to be your setting!)
3.A good Character Forum.
When new players sign up, it is important that you have a good forum for them to sign up with.
